Care and Custody Control Insurance

If you are a trainer, boarding stable owner, or owner of a breeding farm, you cannot afford to be without care custody control insurance. It protects you against liability resulting from death or injury to animals in your custody caused by a fire or other causes.

If an animal owner makes negligence claims against a policyholder covered by care custody control insurance, the insurance company will defend you and will be responsible for making the payment if it is determined that the loss is due to negligence and the policyholder is legally liable.

Personal Horse Ownership Liability Insurance

Personal horse ownership liability insurance policies are designed to provide complete liability protection to a person who owns a horse or horses used exclusively for pleasure or show because your homeowner's or tenant's policy will not provide coverage.

You cannot be personally involved in a professional training, breeding, or boarding operation to qualify. This type of plan covers you against bodily injury claims which may result from the use of your horse and includes property damage claims. It applies anywhere in the United States or Canada.

This policy can also be extended to cover premises owned or leased by you when your homeowner's policy will not provide personal liability where your horse is boarded.

Equine Event Coverage

When you’re planning a horse show or event, you want to make sure everything is perfect. That includes the insurance coverage for your show.
