Cole Tucker - Tucker Franklin President
Cole Tucker is the President of Tucker-Franklin Insurance Group, Inc. in Mechanicsville, Virginia. He was an agent with Virginia Farm Bureau before opening Tucker-Franklin in 1998. He received his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation in 1997, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002, and the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation in 2009. He has a degree in English Literature from George Mason University and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
He is involved with the Professional Insurance Agents Association (PIA) of Virginia and DC in many capacities, currently as the chair of the Education Committee. He is a past Board Member for the Association and for PIA Insurance Services. He is also a past president of the PIA of Virginia and DC.
Cole currently serves as a member of the Board of Governors for the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) for The National Alliance.
Cole was recognized in June of 2013 as the PIA Virginia Agent of the Year and in March of 2014 as the National PIA Agent of the Year.
In 2022, he was elected by the PIA Virginia/DC Board of Directors to serve as the PIA National Director.

I was born and raised in Hanover county. I have been working in insurance around three years and have been a licensed agent for a year and a half. I love spending time with friends and family. When I am not at work, I thoroughly enjoy working out and volunteering at my church, as well as a local farm with rescued horses.
